Obama almost made me miss 24 due to his press conference yesterday. I went crazy to say the least. However, all’s well that ends well and the show was delayed merely four minutes.
His press conference was in regards to urging those nasty Republicans to agree to bend to his will. You see, according to him, they are partisan because they don’t fall in line with Obamaunism. As McCain said, after he regained his backbone, it’s not bi-partisan if there are only about five Republicans on board.
But why aren’t the Republicans on board? Maybe they don’t like the idea of government giving out trillions of dollars without any regard to sanity. Even with the Keynesian consensus some people have retained their common sense and get the fact that a totalitarian state is not the answer to all of our problems.
Has anyone, including the economics department at UNC, considered the fact that it is immoral or out of line for government to take from Jack and give to special interests?
Maybe if the government would listen to the public, who generally oppose the bailouts, we would be better off.
